This Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
Orders are processed only after full payment has cleared.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and dispatched.
We ship domestically within the UK and internationally using third-party couriers.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs authorities, or any events outside our control.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import fees in the destination country.
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We are not liable for customs delays, seizures, or additional storage/handling charges.
All goods are shipped FOB shipping point. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the goods are handed to the courier.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods in transit or after delivery confirmation. Buyers requiring insurance must arrange this prior to shipment.
Once an order is marked "delivered" by the courier, our responsibility ends.
Buyers are responsible for providing a correct, complete, and secure delivery address.
All sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Shipping, customs duties, taxes, courier fees, and handling charges are non-refundable under all circumstances. All returns must be pre-authorised. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.

If goods are destroyed, lost, or deemed non-returnable by customs or the courier, no refund will be issued.
All returned goods are subject to inspection. Refunds or exchanges will be approved only if the product meets the eligibility criteria. Items that do not meet return requirements will be rejected and returned to the buyer at their expense.
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
Perishable goods and hygienic items (including opened skincare and beauty products).
Items sold as final sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
Special-order or customised products.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
